2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise (can be homemade or purchased ready-made)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

- Start by finely chopping the garlic cloves. You can juice them too if you prefer a milder flavor.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice and olive oil (if using).
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Keep in mind that mayonnaise may already contain salt, so taste before adding more.
