Ingredients
- Pasta
Wheat Flour 2 cups (240g)
Salt 1 teaspoon (5g)
Olive oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL)
1/2 cup (120 mL) water
- Filling
250g grated mozzarella
Tomato sauce ½ cup (120 mL)
1 piece sliced tomato
Olive to taste
Basil leaves to taste
Directions
- Pasta
- In a bowl, add 2 cups (240g) Wheat Flour;
- Add Salt 1 tsp (5g);
- Add 2 tbsp Olive Oil (26 mL);
- Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) Water;
- Mix;
- Divide the dough into 3 or 4 parts;
- Open the dough and place in a frying pan;
- Filling
- Turn the skillet on low heat;
- Leave the dough for 4 to 5 minutes;
- Turn the dough;
- Add ½ cup (120 mL) tomato sauce;
- Add 250g grated mozzarella;
- Add sliced tomato 1 unit;

- Leave for 3 minutes;
- Add Olives to taste;
- Leave for another 2 minutes;
- Add basil leaves to taste;
