Universal Pictures revealed the first official trailer romance drama Reminders of Himwhich is titled in our region I won't forget youa film adaptation of the 2022 bestseller of the same name by Colleen Hoover.
Reminders of Him is described as “a transformative film about motherhood, forgiveness and the power of love to heal even the most broken heart.”
Maika Monroe (Longlegs, It Follows), y Tyriq Withers (I Know What You Did Last Summer, Him) play the lead roles, with Monroe playing Kenna Rowan, and Withers as former professional athlete Ledger Ward.
The plot features a tragic accident that sends Kenna (Monroe) to prison after the death of her boyfriend Scotty. Seven years later, Kenna is released from prison and returns to her Wyoming hometown looking to rebuild her life and reunite with her young daughter, Diem, whom she never met.
The grandparents in Diem's care reject Kenna's attempts to see her daughter. Eventually, Kenna finds compassion—and a forbidden romance—with Ledger (Withers), a former NFL player and local bar owner.
Lauren Graham (Gilmore Girls) y Bradley Whitford (Get Out) play Diem's grandparents. Other cast members include Hilary Jardine (Van Helsing), Jennifer Robertson (Schitt's Creek), Rudy Pankow (Outer Banks), Lainey Wilson (Yellowstone), y Nicholas Duvernay (The White Lotus).

Vanessa Caswill (Love at First Sight) directs from the script by Colleen Hoover and Lauren Levine. By the way, the film has an entirely female team of filmmakers.

Production took place in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
The project was launched after the commercial success of the adaptation of It Ends With Usbased on the novel by author Hoover, which hit theaters amid controversy in 2024. The novel Reminders of Himpublished in 2022, has sold more than 6 million copies in the United States.
This is one of several adaptations based on Hoover's literary material underway in the film industry, others include Regretting Youwhich hits theaters this Thursday, October 23, and Verity –starring Anne Hathaway, Dakota Johnson and Josh Hartnett–, will arrive on October 2, 2026.
The producers of Reminders of Him They include Hoover and Levine for Heartbones Entertainment, along with Gina Matthews for Little Engine. The executive producer is Robin Fisichella.
Reminders of Him premieres in theaters March 13, 2026.
