Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni
4 cups water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1 cup milk (whole milk preferred)
1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: paprika or mustard powder for extra flavor
Directions
- Add macaroni, water, salt, and butter to the Instant Pot. Stir gently.
- Seal the lid and set to Pressure Cook (High) for 4 minutes.
