'Over Your Dead Body' Trailer: Samara Weaving and Jason Segel Take Vacation with Murder on Mind

IFC debuted on first official trailer action-comedy thriller, Over Your Dead Bodystarring Samara Weaving (Ready or Not) y Jason Segel (Shrinking), and directed by Jorma Taccone de The Lonely Island.

Con theatrical release set for April 24, 2026IFC presents the trailer for the film that adapts the acclaimed Norwegian cult novel In Bad Days.

The story follows a dysfunctional and estranged married couple, played by Weaving and Segel, who retreat to an isolated cabin to mend their relationship, but both secretly plot to murder the other.

As the newly released trailer shows, things don't go as planned for either killer.

This gives rise to a series of violent and dark action, not only between the couple, but also between other characters played by Timothy Olyphant (Alien: Earth), Juliette Lewis (Yellowjackets), Paul Guilfoyle (CSI) y Keith Jardine (Love Lies Bleeding).

Taccone directs this project from a script by Nick Kocher y Brian McElhaney.

Producers are Kelly McCormick, David Leitch, Aram Tertzakian, Nick Spicer, Guy Danella, and Lee Kim, with 87North (John Wick, Nobody).
