Made with just a few ingredients, this easy condensed milk cake is absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup (220ml) or 125g all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup (110ml) or 50g cornstarch

  • 3 tablespoons or 105g butter or margarine

  • 1 tablespoon or 15g baking powder

Directions

  • Add the eggs, butter or margarine, salt, and condensed milk to a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the sifted flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Mix very well.
  • Pour the batter into a baking pan greased with oil, butter, or margarine and smooth the surface evenly.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
  • After the cake cools slightly, cut it into pieces as desired and it is ready to serve.
