Apple TV revealed the full official trailer for the fourth season of the popular series Ted Lassowhich shows the return of the beloved coach played by Jason Sudeikis to AFC Richmond, three years after leaving England.

On this occasion, Ted will take on his biggest challenge yet: coaching a second division women's soccer team.

“Hey, welcome back!” says Roy Kent, the character from Brett Goldsteinwith that harsh accent that fans missed so much.

The one-minute preview also shows the returns of Hannah Waddingham y Juno Temple as Rebecca Welton and Keeley Jones, respectively, and those of Brendan Hunt y Jeremy Swift like Coach Beard and Leslie Higgins.

The trailer is accompanied by the song “Run Together” by Mumford & Sons. The leader of the London band, Marcus Mumford, sings the main theme of Ted Lasso.

Some of the new cast members include Grant Feely (Obi-Wan Kenobi) as Henry Lasso, Ted's son, in a recasting of the role played by Gus Turner in the previous seasons, Tanya Reynolds (Sex Education) as a new assistant coach, Jude Mack (Back in Action), Faye Marsay (Andor), Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkeyy Abbie Hern.

And in case you don't remember, we tell you that the third season ended with Ted leaving Richmond and returning home, to Kansas City, to be closer to his son and his ex-wife (Andrea Anders), while other members of the Richmond family embarked on new professional and personal stages.

Season 4 will follow Ted on his return to Richmond to coach a second division women's teamcreated under the Keeley and Rebecca's new partnershipas we saw in the finale of the third season.

Sudeikis returns as star, executive producer and co-creator.

Ted Lasso is based on a character Sudeikis played in a series of NBC Sports Premier League promos. Sudeikis developed the series with Brendan Hunt, Joe Kellyy Bill Lawrence; Goldstein, who plays Roy Kent, is another of the series' writers.

Sarah Walker and Phoebe Walsh joined as writers and producers for the fourth season.

Jack Burditt (Nobody Wants This, 30 Rock) is executive producer of the fourth season, along with Sudeikis, Hunt, Kelly, Lawrence, and Goldstein. Leanne Bowen, Jeff Ingold and Liza Katzer are other executive producers.

Warner Bros. TV produces the series along with Universal TV and Doozer.

Ted Lasso premieres the fourth season August 5. A new episode will premiere every Wednesday, culminating with the finale on October 7. The fourth season will consist of 10 episodes, compared to 12 in the previous seasons.
