Ingredients
4 whole eggs
5 silver bananas
2 cups of milk (tea)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
Directions
- Put the sugar in a pan or in the pudding mold and melt until it becomes a caramelized syrup.Â
Pass the syrup all over the shape and book. - Peel the bananas, cut them into slices and transfer to the blender.Â
Add milk, eggs and beat for about 4 minutes.Â
Pour into the caramelized tin and wrap in aluminum foil with the shiny side inwards.Â
Place the pudding mold inside a larger mold with water and bake in a bain-marie for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢. - Carefully remove the pudding from the oven, let it cool at room temperature and leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.Â
Quickly heat the bottom of the mold to melt the syrup, unmold the dessert onto a plate or platter and the banana pudding is ready to serve.
