Ingredients
4 whole eggs
4 tablespoons powdered milk
2 cups of wheat flour (tea)
1 cup of water (tea)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup cocoa powder (powdered)
1 tablespoon baking powder
100 ml of oil
Directions
- In the blender add the eggs, water, powdered milk, oil, sugar and beat well.
Add the chocolate powder and wheat flour little by little with the blender on and beat again.
Add the baking powder and beat in the “pulsar” mode to homogenize the dough. - Pour the dough into a greased shape with butter or margarine and floured.
Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 40 to 50 minutes. - Wait for the chocolate cake to cool down at room temperature after taking it out of the oven, unmold it if you prefer and the cake is ready to be served.
