Colorful Oven Rice

Ingredients
4 minced garlic cloves
3 diced sausages
2 cups boiling water (tea)
1 and 1/2 cup rice
1 cup corn (tea)
1 cup peas (tea)
1 cup cooked chopped carrots
1 teaspoon green seasoning
1 teaspoon herbs
1 strand of oil
Grated Parmesan for sprinkling
Directions
- In a preheated pan add the oil, the chopped garlic and sauté without stopping stirring.
Add the green seasoning, the rice and sauté a little while stirring well.
Add the herbs and once the rice is golden add a cup of boiling water.
Leave the pan semi-open and wait to cook slowly until all the water dries up. - Reduce the heat to a minimum, add another cup of hot water, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the corn, peas, cooked chopped carrots and diced sausages.
Mix very well, transfer everything to a greased refractory and sprinkle grated parmesan on top. - Place the rice in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake until the cheese melts and is lightly browned.
- Carefully remove the rice from the oven and the recipe is ready to serve.
