Ingredients

  • 1 spinach stalk, washed and boiled

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1 clove of minced garlic

  • 1 medium chopped onion

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Drain the washed and boiled spinach, chop it well and set aside. 
    In a pan add the butter, chopped onion and garlic. 
    Refo well, add the chopped spinach and mix well.
  • Add the milk with the dissolved cornstarch, mix well and bring to a boil. 
    Add nutmeg and salt to taste, lower the heat and stir constantly until creamy. 
    Turn off the heat and the creamed spinach is ready.
