Ingredients
1 spinach stalk, washed and boiled
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup of milk (tea)
1 clove of minced garlic
1 medium chopped onion
Salt to taste
Directions
- Drain the washed and boiled spinach, chop it well and set aside.Â
In a pan add the butter, chopped onion and garlic.Â
Refo well, add the chopped spinach and mix well. - Add the milk with the dissolved cornstarch, mix well and bring to a boil.Â
Add nutmeg and salt to taste, lower the heat and stir constantly until creamy.Â
Turn off the heat and the creamed spinach is ready.
