Creamy Brigadeiro for Cake Stuffing

Ingredients
150 grams of noble or fractionated chocolate (use 1/2 bitter)
3 cans of condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 box of cream
1/2 cup (tea) chocolate powder 50% cocoa
Directions
- In a pan put the condensed milk, the cream, the noble or fractioned chocolate, the chocolate powder 50% cocoa and the butter.Â
Take the pan to the low fire and mix constantly for about 30 minutes.Â
After mixing, bring to a boil and thicken, cook for another 2 minutes without stopping stirring. - When the brigadeiro drips from the spoon into pellets and does not mix with the brigadeiro in the pan, turn off the heat and mix a little more.Â
Transfer to a bowl, let it cool at room temperature and the creamy brigadeiro is ready to be used to fill and/or cover desserts.
