Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter

  • 1 liter boiled whole milk

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Mix boiled whole milk with vinegar and stir well. 
    Wait for it to carve and sift with a strainer or tea towel, pressing lightly with a spoon to extract the whey.
  • Transfer to the blender and add the butter and salt. 
    Beat until the mixture is homogeneous and creamy and the homemade cottage cheese is ready.
