Ingredients
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons chopped green chili
2 cups cooked and chopped cauliflower
1 medium chopped onion
1 cup of breadcrumbs (or oat flour)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a container add the cooked and chopped cauliflower, the eggs and mix very well.
Add the chopped onion, the grated parmesan cheese, the black pepper and salt to taste, the chopped green smell and mix again. - Gradually add the oat flour or breadcrumbs and keep mixing well until the ingredients are homogenized.
- Model the dumplings and place them side by side in a greased shape with olive oil.
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 30 minutes, turning them halfway through the process so that both sides are golden brown, and the cauliflower fritters are ready.
