Ingredients
- Dough
100 grams of cornstarch biscuits
50 grams of butter
- Cream
300 grams of cream cheese
2 tablespoons wheat flour
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 whole egg
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
Lemon zest to taste

Guava, melted to taste (150 grams were used in the recipe)
Directions
- Grind the cookies in a blender or food processor until crumbly.Â
Transfer to a container, add the melted butter and mix well, until the farofa has the consistency of wet sand. - Pour the flour into a mold, press it with a spoon until the base of the pie is homogeneous and compact and transfer it to the freezer.
- In a processor put the cream cheese and beat a little.Â
Add the egg, wheat flour, sugar and vanilla essence.Â
Beat until homogenized, add the lemon zest and beat quickly or mix with a spoon.Â
Then pour the cream over the base of the cold pie. - Place the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- While the cheesecake is baking, prepare the syrup by placing the guava paste in cubes in a pan or frying pan and stirring constantly until it melts.
- Pour the guava paste still hot over the cheesecake and spread well.Â
Wait to cool down, leave the dessert in the fridge for a few hours and serve the cold cheesecake.
