Spice up pasta and other dishes with these meatballs with ground beef!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of ground duckling

  • Tomato sauce to taste

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon homemade seasoning

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl add the ground duckling, the egg, the wheat flour, the cornstarch, the homemade seasoning, the chopped onion, the black pepper and the salt to taste. 
    Mix very well and model the meatballs with medium size.
  • Add approximately 3 fingers of oil to a pan and wait for it to heat up. 
    Fry the meatballs for about 8 to 10 minutes, tossing and turning so they cook evenly.
  • Remove the meatballs with a slotted spoon and place them in an ovenproof dish. 
    Cover with tomato sauce, bake at 180ºC and heat for approximately 15 minutes. 
    Serve the meatballs with pasta, rice or any side dish you like.
