Ingredients
2 whole eggs
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 cup oil (tea)
1 cup of water (tea)
1 cup of milk (tea)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup vanilla essence (tea)
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
200 ml of coconut milk
200 grams of condensed milk
Directions
- Beat the sugar with the eggs very well in a bowl.Â
Add the wheat flour and mix very well.Â
Boil the water with the oil, pour it into the mixture and stir until the dough is smooth.Â
Add the vanilla essence, the chemical baking powder and mix to homogenize the dough. - Transfer the dough to a greased and floured baking dish, transfer to the preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 35 minutes.Â
Carefully remove from the oven and cut the cake into cubes. - In a container mix the milk, coconut milk and condensed milk.Â
Then moisten the cake pieces in the mixture and pass the grated coconut.Â
Wrap the pieces with aluminum foil, leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours and the iced coconut cake is ready.
