With this creamy baked cocada you guarantee a delicious dessert loved by many!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of shredded coconut flakes

  • 180 ml cow or coconut milk

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon chemical yeast

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • In a container add the eggs and beat them for about 1 minute. 
    Put the condensed milk, cow’s milk or coconut and mix lightly. 
    Add the coconut flakes, salt and mix again. 
    Set aside for 5 minutes for the coconut to hydrate. 
    Then add the baking soda and mix just to homogenize.
  • Unite a glass refractory or aluminum shape with butter or oil. 
    Pour the dough, place in a preheated oven at 200º₢ and bake for approximately 35 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Carefully remove the dessert from the oven, wait for it to cool at room temperature and the creamy coconut cocada is ready to serve.
