Write down the ingredients of this delicious tapioca bread for a special and super practical snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 cups of tapioca (tea)

  • 1 cup rice flour (tea)

  • 1 tablespoon cake yeast

  • 50 ml oil, olive oil or lard

  • 100 ml of milk

  • Cereals to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Add the eggs to a bowl and beat them well. 
    Add the oil, olive oil or lard, salt to taste and beat again very well. 
    Add the milk and then the tapioca little by little while mixing well. 
    Put the rice flour and mix more. 
    Finally add the baking soda and mix to homogenize.
  • Pour all the dough into a greased and floured baking dish, spread the surface with the back of a spoon and sprinkle your favorite cereal on top.
  • Take the bread to the preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake it for approximately 40 minutes. 
    Wait to cool down after removing from the oven and tapioca bread is ready to be served.
