This potato and bacon omelette is made with simple ingredients and is ready in no time!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes

  • 4 whole eggs

  • Sliced ​​bacon to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley to taste

  • Olive oil to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Fry the bacon slices in a skillet on both sides until golden brown. 
    Remove them from the skillet and reserve.
  • Add a little olive oil to the same skillet. 
    Slice the peeled potatoes and season with black pepper and salt to taste.
  • Fry the potatoes until cooked, stirring constantly. 
    Beat the eggs well and transfer to the skillet.
  • Add the bacon slices, cover the skillet and cook over low heat until the omelette is firm and consistent.
