Ingredients
150 grams of ricotta
150 grams of bacon
1/2 large onion
1 strand of oil
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons sour cream
Directions
- Cut the bacon into very thin slices and fry them in a preheated frying pan with oil until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the fried bacon to a plate lined with paper towels and set aside to cool.
- Cut the onion and garlic into thin slices.Â
Discard excess oil from skillet and transfer to it. - Brown the onion and garlic in the pan with the bacon fat, stirring well and set aside.
- In a processor or blender add the ricotta, the onion and garlic, the bacon, the cream and beat well.
- Transfer the ricotta pate with bacon to a container and it is ready to eat.
