Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs

  • 4 medium carrots (400 grams)

  • 3 cups wheat flour (tea)

  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 240 ml of oil

Directions

  • Add the oil, eggs, sugar and peeled and sliced ​​carrots to a blender. 
    Cover and beat for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to another container, add the wheat flour and mix with a spoon. 
    Add the baking soda and mix again to homogenize.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • After the carrot cake has cooled to room temperature, unmold it if you prefer and it is ready to cut and serve.
