- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices or the desired shape.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.Â
Make sure there is enough oil to cover the banana slices. - When the oil is hot, add the banana slices to the pan.Â
Don’t add too many at once to avoid them clumping together. - Fry the bananas until they are golden on both sides.Â
