Ingredients

  • 3 cups of sweet cassava starch

  • 1 cup sour cassava starch

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup grated semi-cured Minas cheese

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup of oil

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
    Grease a cake pan with margarine and sprinkle with a little tapioca flour to prevent the cake from sticking.
  • In a large bowl, mix the sweet cassava starch and the sour cassava cassava starch.
  • In a pan, heat the milk and oil until it boils.
  • Pour the milk and oil mixture over the tapioca starch and stir well so that it is homogeneous. 
    Let the dough rest for a few minutes to cool slightly.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Add the parmesan cheese, semi-cured Minas cheese and salt to the pasta. 
    Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Lastly, add the baking powder and mix gently.
  • Pour the dough into the greased pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and firm to the touch.
  • Let the cake cool a little before unmolding.
