Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • Juice of 4 lemons (approximately 1 cup)

  • 1 package of cornstarch biscuits

  • 1 cup of milk (for dipping the cookies)

  • Lemon zest for garnish

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice. 
    Stir well until you obtain a homogeneous cream. 
    Reserve.
  • In a deep plate, add the milk to wet the cornstarch cookies. 
    Quickly dip each cookie in the milk and place in a baking dish, forming a layer on the bottom.
  • Pour half of the lemon cream over the cookie layer.
  • Make another layer of cookies dipped in milk.
  • Cover the cookies with the remaining lemon cream.
  • Decorate with lemon zest on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving so that the pavé is very cold and firm.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
