Ingredients

  • 500g sweet cassava starch

  • 250ml of milk

  • 150ml vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 150g grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Measure and separate all ingredients before starting.
  • In a pan, heat the milk and oil until it boils. 
    Add the salt and stir well.
  • Place the sweet cassava starch in a large bowl and pour the hot mixture over the cassava starch. 
    Mix well until the starch is completely moistened.
  • Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each addition.
  • If using Parmesan cheese, add it to the dough and mix until smooth.
  • Form small balls or sticks with the dough and place them on a greased baking tray or lined with baking paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool before serving.
