Ingredients
500g sweet cassava starch
250ml of milk
150ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
150g grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Measure and separate all ingredients before starting.
- In a pan, heat the milk and oil until it boils.
Add the salt and stir well. - Place the sweet cassava starch in a large bowl and pour the hot mixture over the cassava starch.
Mix well until the starch is completely moistened. - Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each addition.
- If using Parmesan cheese, add it to the dough and mix until smooth.
- Form small balls or sticks with the dough and place them on a greased baking tray or lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool before serving.
