Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup of oil

  • 1 cup of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup of grated cheese (can be mozzarella, parmesan, or other cheese of your choice)

  • 1/2 cup green corn

  • 1/2 cup peas

  • 1 grated carrot

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a pan with butter and wheat flour.
  • In a blender, add the eggs, milk, oil, wheat flour, yeast, grated cheese, green corn, peas, grated carrots, salt and pepper. 
    Beat well until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
  • Serve the savory cake cut into slices as a delicious option for snacks or side dishes.
