Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 2 measures (from the can of condensed milk) of milk

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • Liquid caramel (optional)

Directions

  • If you want to add caramel to the bottom of the pudding, place about 3-4 tablespoons of liquid caramel in the bottom of a pudding mold. Spread evenly to cover the bottom of the pan.
  • In a blender, add the condensed milk, milk, whole eggs and vanilla essence. Beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the pudding mixture into the prepared pan, over the liquid caramel, if using.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil, making some small holes at the top to allow air circulation.
  • Preheat your Airfryer to 160°C for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the mold with the pudding in the Airfryer basket and bake at 160°C for 30-40 minutes, or until the pudding is firm around the edges but still slightly wobbly in the center.
  • Remove the pudding from the Airfryer and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to firm up. When completely cooled, run a knife around the edges of the pan and turn the pudding onto a plate to unmold.
  • Serve the pudding chilled and enjoy!
