This chia pudding is versatile and you can try different variations by adding cocoa powder, cinnamon or other spices for extra flavor.
Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup milk of your choice (almond milk, coconut milk, cow’s milk, etc.)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to your taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Fresh or dried fruit for garnish (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk, and honey or maple syrup, if using.
- Add vanilla extract, if using, and mix well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding.
- After the waiting time, stir the pudding well to ensure there are no chia lumps.
