Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 cups of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a cake pan with butter and flour.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla essence to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
- In another bowl, sift the wheat flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour dough into prepared form.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
