HBO revealed the release window for A Knight of the Seven Kingdomsa new prequel series Game of Thrones.
The series will premiere on HBO and the streamer MAX at the end of 2025 between October and December. The news was announced by JB Perrette, the head of global streaming at Warner Bros. Discovery.

“Although Perrette said that A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms would arrive in the summer, Variety has learned it's most likely a Q4 title [octubre-diciembre].”
HBO debuted the first teaser for the series in August 2024 as part of a preview package that includes clips from several of its upcoming and recurring projects.
A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms It is an adaptation of the novel series Tales of Dunk and Egg of George R. R. Martinwhich currently consists of The Hedge Knight, The Sworn Sword y The Mystery Knight.
The story is set in the same universe as Game of Thrones y House of the Dragon.
A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms takes place a century before the events of GoT and a century after the events of HOTD. The story will follow the adventures of the knight Ser Duncan the Tall and his squire Egg across Westeros..
The cast is made up Peter Claffey como Dunk/Ser Duncan the Tall, Dexter Sol Ansell like Egg, Find Bennett like Prince Aerion “Brightflame” Targaryen, Tanzyn Crawford like Tanselle, and Bertie Carvel as Prince Baelor “Brakspear” Targaryen.
