The Variety report reveals that the plot of Stitches It is set in the world of haute couture and begins in Paris. All other plot details are being kept under wraps.
Reports from the outlet claim that the film will be shot in French and English, like Winocour's previous feature film, Proxima.
Charles Gillibert's CG Cinema produces the feature film. Pathe Films is another of the production companies.
As for Jolie, the actress is among the conversations of this season's awards season thanks to her performance in the leading role as Maria Callas in Pablo Larraín's film María.
Jolie also presented this year the western Without Blood which had its world premiere at TIFF 2024. This film stars Salma Hayek and Demián Bichir. The plot follows a woman who survives a mass murder of her family and who later confronts her killer. It is based on the novel by Alessandro Baricco.
