The streamer Apple TV+ announced the premiere date of the second season of its original series Shrinkingknown as Unfiltered therapy in our market.
The tragicomedy will premiere on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 on the streaming service.
Jason Seal (How I Met Your Mother) stars Shrinking as grief therapist Jimmy, who begins breaking the rules and telling his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and his ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes in people's lives… including his own.
In addition to Segel, the cast of Shrinking is headed by Harrison Ford, Jessica Williams, Christa Miller, Luke Maxwell, Michael Urie, Luke Tenniey Ted McGinleyBoth Segel and Williams received Emmy nominations for their performances in the first season, released in January 2023 on the streamer.
The co-creator of Shrinking, Brett Goldstein (Ted Lasso) joined the second season in a secret guest role.
