2 medium eggplants
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup of milk
2 eggs

Directions
- Cut the eggplants into thin slices and soak them in salted water for about 30 minutes to remove the bitterness.
- On a plate, mix the breadcrumbs with a little salt.
