Ingredients
200 ml of coconut milk
3 sifted yolks
1 box of condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon wheat flour
Directions
- In a pan off the heat, add condensed milk, wheat flour, sifted egg yolks and stir very well until diluted.
Take the pan over medium heat to low, add the coconut milk, butter or margarine and stir constantly until the mixture thickens and easily comes off the bottom when passing the spatula. - Transfer the candy to a container and cover with cling film in contact with the filling.
Wait for the candy to cool down at room temperature or in the fridge and the baba de nova filling is ready to be served.
