Banana farofa with bacon is ideal to accompany meat, fish and various dishes!

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of bacon

  • 250 grams of cassava flour

  • 3 land bananas

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 1 clove of minced garlic

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Chopped chives to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Fry the chopped garlic with the oil in a frying pan, add the chopped bacon and fry until it starts to lightly brown, stirring constantly. 
    Add the chopped bananas and fry them too.
  • Add black pepper to taste, salt to taste and stir well. 
    Add the cassava flour and stir again very well. 
    Finish by adding chopped chives, mix to homogenize and the banana and bacon farofa is ready.
