3 cups of tea (200 ml cup) of cooked beans
300 ml of water
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
4 minced garlic cloves
150 grams of bacon, diced
1 pinch of smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped green smell to taste
Directions
- In a blender, add 3 cups of tea (200 ml cup) of cooked beans;
- Add 300 ml of water;
- Beat well;
- In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- Add 1 medium onion, diced;
- Add 4 minced garlic cloves;
- Add 150 grams of diced bacon;
- Add 1 tsp of olive oil;
- Add the bean broth;
- Add 1 pinch of smoked paprika;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add black pepper to taste;
