Ingredients
3 whole eggs
2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (tea) oil (125 ml)
750 ml of milk
- Filling
3 boiled eggs
2 chopped seedless tomatoes
1 can of green corn
1 can of peas
150 grams of ham
150 grams of mozzarella
Chopped green chives to taste
Directions
- Place the eggs, oil, milk, salt, wheat flour in a blender and beat well.Â
Add the yeast and mix gently with a spoon until the dough is smooth and uniform.Â
Then pour half the dough into a greased shape with butter or margarine. - Distribute the drained corn and peas, half of the chopped mozzarella (reserve the other part), the ham, the boiled eggs and a chopped tomato evenly over the dough.Â
Add the rest of the dough, cover with more chopped mozzarella and place the other tomato cut into slices and the chopped green smell on top. - Preheat the oven to 200º₢ and bake the pie for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, until it is golden on the outside and the cheese is au gratin.
- Carefully remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool slightly at room temperature.Â
