Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup of grated cheese (can be mozzarella, parmesan, or other cheese of your choice)
1/2 cup green corn
1/2 cup peas
1 grated carrot
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a pan with butter and wheat flour.
- In a blender, add the eggs, milk, oil, wheat flour, yeast, grated cheese, green corn, peas, grated carrots, salt and pepper.Â
Beat well until you obtain a homogeneous mass. - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
- Serve the savory cake cut into slices as a delicious option for snacks or side dishes.
