Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Stuffing of your choice (e.g. shredded chicken, ham and cheese, spinach and cheese, etc.)

  • Grated cheese to taste for sprinkling

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In the blender, add the eggs, milk, oil, wheat flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. 
    Beat well until you get a homogeneous mass.
  • In a greased and infarcted round or rectangular shape, pour half the blender mass.
  • Distribute the filling of your choice over the dough in the form. 
    Be sure to spread the filling out evenly so it’s even.
  • Pour the remaining batter from the blender over the filling, covering it completely.
  • If desired, sprinkle grated cheese over the pie to gratin.
  • Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden and firm.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before unmolding.
  • Serve the savory blender pie hot or at room temperature, as you prefer.
