The independent terror project Bone Lake Invite the audience to an erotic vacation and … very bloody.
After celebrating its World Cup in the Fantastic Fest in 2024, the horror thriller directed by Mercedes Bryce Morgan (Fixation, Spoonful of Sugar), was acquired by Bleecker Street for distribution in the United States in May 2025.
Bleecker Street with LD Entertainment presented the first trailer, next to an official poster and a new premiere date in cinemas.
Morgan directed the script written by Joshua Friedlander.
Official synopsis:
“The romantic holidays of a couple in a separate farm next to a lake are disrupted when they are forced to share the mansion with a mysterious and attractive couple. In this dark and fun survival. ”
The cast leads it Maddie Hasson (The Recruit, Malignant), Marco Pigossi (Gen V, invisible city), Alex Roe (Siren, The 5th Wave), Andra Nechita, Eliane Reisy Clayton Spencer.
The producers are Friedlander, Mickey Liddell, Pete Shilaimon, Jacob Yakob, Jason Blumenfeld.
