Ingredients
Desalted and shredded dried meat 400g
Chopped smoked sausage 200g
150g chopped bacon
Rice 2 cups (400g)
2 pieces chopped onion
Garlic minced 4 cloves
Oil 1 tablespoon (13 mL)
salt to taste
chopped green pepper to taste
Beef jerky cooking water 4 cups (960 mL)
Directions
- In a pan, add 1 tbsp Oil (13 mL);
- Add 150g chopped bacon;
- Add 200g chopped smoked sausage;
- Let it fry well;
- Add chopped onion 2 units;
- Add minced garlic 4 cloves;
- Saute for 2 minutes;
- Add desalted and shredded dried meat 400g;
- Add beef jerky cooking water 4 cups (960 mL);
- Add salt to taste;
- Leave the pan semi-covered and cook for 15 to 20 minutes (until dry);
- Cover the pan and leave for 5 to 8 minutes;
- Open the pan, drop it on the rice and add chopped parsley;
- Mix;
- Your cart rice is ready;
