4 oranges
1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon sugar to taste (optional)
Ice cubes to taste
Directions
- In the blender add the orange juice, the lemon juice, the peeled and chopped carrot, the ginger slices and the ice cubes to taste.Â
Cover and beat well. - Add the sugar and beat some more.Â
