Insert carrot juice into your diet and realize its many benefits for the body!

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 slices of ginger

  • 4 oranges

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 tablespoon sugar to taste (optional)

  • Ice cubes to taste

Directions

  • In the blender add the orange juice, the lemon juice, the peeled and chopped carrot, the ginger slices and the ice cubes to taste. 
    Cover and beat well.
  • Add the sugar and beat some more. 
    Serve the carrot juice in bowls or glasses, add more ice if you prefer and the drink is ready to be served.
