4 whole eggs
1 cup of milk
1 bottle of coconut milk
1 kg of raw cassava
3 spoons of margarine
2 and a half cups of sugar
1 packet of 100g coconut flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder for cakes
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Let the oven preheat to 200 degrees;
- In a blender, add 4 whole eggs;
- Add 1 cup of milk;
- Add 1 bottle of coconut milk;
- Add 1 kg of raw cassava;
- Beat well;
- Add 3 tablespoons of margarine;
- Add 2 and a half cups of sugar;
- Beat well;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add 1 packet of 100g of coconut flakes;
