  • 4 whole eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 bottle of coconut milk

  • 1 kg of raw cassava

  • 3 spoons of margarine

  • 2 and a half cups of sugar

  • 1 packet of 100g coconut flakes

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder for cakes

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Let the oven preheat to 200 degrees;
  • In a blender, add 4 whole eggs;
  • Add 1 cup of milk;
  • Add 1 bottle of coconut milk;
  • Add 1 kg of raw cassava;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 3 tablespoons of margarine;
  • Add 2 and a half cups of sugar;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Add 1 packet of 100g of coconut flakes;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder for cakes;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to a greased and floured form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
