3 cups of sweet cassava starch
1 cup sour cassava starch
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated semi-cured Minas cheese
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease a cake pan with margarine and sprinkle with a little tapioca flour to prevent the cake from sticking. - In a large bowl, mix the sweet cassava starch and the sour cassava cassava starch.
- In a pan, heat the milk and oil until it boils.
- Pour the milk and oil mixture over the tapioca starch and stir well so that it is homogeneous.
Let the dough rest for a few minutes to cool slightly. - Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add the parmesan cheese, semi-cured Minas cheese and salt to the pasta.
Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. - Lastly, add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the dough into the greased pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and firm to the touch.
- Let the cake cool a little before unmolding.
