Ingredients
3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
3 eggs
Margarine to grease the pan
Chocolate sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease a pudding mold with margarine.
- In a blender, add the chocolate powder, sugar, condensed milk, cream and eggs.
Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture. - Pour the mixture into the greased pudding mold.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
- Place the pan on a larger baking sheet and add hot water to the pan to create a double boiler.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 1 hour.
The time may vary depending on your oven, so do the toothpick test: insert a toothpick into the center of the brigadeirão;
If it comes out clean, the brigadeiro is ready. - Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before unmolding.
- When it is cold, turn out the brigadeirão onto a serving plate.
- If desired, decorate with chocolate sprinkles before serving.
