Ingredients
2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round mold with butter and flour.
- In the blender, add the eggs, milk and vegetable oil.Â
Mix until you get a smooth mixture. - In a separate bowl, sift the wheat flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.Â
Mix well. - With the blender on low speed, gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture.Â
Beat until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass. - Pour the dough into the previously greased mold.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes in the pan.Â
Then unmold and cool completely on a wire rack.
