Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round mold with butter and flour.
  • In the blender, add the eggs, milk and vegetable oil. 
    Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, sift the wheat flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. 
    Mix well.
  • With the blender on low speed, gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture. 
    Beat until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
  • Pour the dough into the previously greased mold.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes in the pan. 
    Then unmold and cool completely on a wire rack.
