Ingredients
4 whole eggs
2 cups and 1/2 (tea) wheat flour (300 grams)
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar (270 grams)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup (tea) of cocoa powder (45 grams)
1/3 cup oil (tea)
225 ml of warm water
Directions
- In a mixer add the eggs, sugar and beat for 15 minutes.Â
Place the chocolate powder and warm water in a separate container and mix well, add the oil and mix again.Â
Turn on the mixer at minimum speed, gradually add the powdered chocolate mixture and beat until smooth. - Turn off the mixer, add the sifted wheat flour little by little and stir gently with a whisk from bottom to top.Â
Place the baking soda and mix delicately until the dough is smooth and uniform. - Pour the dough into a 20 cm diameter and 10 cm high greased and floured mold, or lined with baking paper.Â
Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately one hour and 10 minutes.Â
Wait to cool down before unmolding and the chocolate cake dough is ready.
