The result of these chocolate cupcakes is delicious and their preparation is very easy!

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons fine oat bran

  • 4 bananas

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 70%

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 50 ml of coconut milk

Directions

  • Beat the eggs very well. 
    Add the coconut milk, coconut oil and cocoa powder, mix well and set aside.
  • Mash the bananas in a bowl, add the egg mixture and mix well.
  • Add cornstarch, oat bran, yeast and stir until smooth.
  • Transfer the dough to greased cupcake molds, place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Wait for the chocolate cupcakes to cool down before unmoulding them and they are ready for consumption.
