1 package of cornstarch biscuits
1 can of condensed milk
2 tablespoons chocolate powder
2 tablespoons of corn starch
2 cups of milk
1 can of cream
200g chopped semisweet chocolate
Chocolate sprinkles (optional) to decorate
Directions
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, chocolate powder and cornstarch.Â
Gradually add the milk, stirring well to dissolve the cornstarch. - Place the pan over medium heat and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens and reaches the consistency of a spoonful of brigadeiro.Â
Remove from heat and let cool. - Add the cream to the already cold brigadeiro and mix well until you get a homogeneous cream.
- In a refractory, make a layer of cornstarch cookies at the bottom.Â
Then place a layer of chocolate cream over the cookies. - Keep interspersing layers of biscuit and cream until you finish the ingredients, ending with a layer of cream.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and spread over the last layer of cream.Â
If desired, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top to decorate. - Take the pave to the fridge for at least 4 hours to firm up and freeze well.
- After the fridge time, your chocolate pave will be ready to serve.Â
