Ingredients

  • 1 package of cornstarch biscuits

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate powder

  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 200g chopped semisweet chocolate

  • Chocolate sprinkles (optional) to decorate

Directions

  • In a pan, mix the condensed milk, chocolate powder and cornstarch.
Gradually add the milk, stirring well to dissolve the cornstarch.
  • Place the pan over medium heat and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens and reaches the consistency of a spoonful of brigadeiro.
Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Add the cream to the already cold brigadeiro and mix well until you get a homogeneous cream.
  • In a refractory, make a layer of cornstarch cookies at the bottom.
Then place a layer of chocolate cream over the cookies.
  • Keep interspersing layers of biscuit and cream until you finish the ingredients, ending with a layer of cream.
  • Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and spread over the last layer of cream.
If desired, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top to decorate.
  • Take the pave to the fridge for at least 4 hours to firm up and freeze well.
  • After the fridge time, your chocolate pave will be ready to serve.
Cut into pieces and enjoy this deliciousness!
